Building a Legacy Since 1995
ARKA grew out of Al Barakat, a family business founded in 1995 in Itay El Barud, Beheira, in the heart of the Nile Delta. Built on decades of experience with Egyptian agriculture, ARKA was created with one goal: to connect the quality of Egyptian food products with markets around the world.
Over the years, we have expanded our operations to include three specialized divisions — ARKA Trade, ARKA Foods, and ARKA Farms — each serving a unique segment of the agricultural and trade ecosystem. Today, we serve clients in over 10 countries with 100+ business partners.

Our family business, Al Barakat, was founded in Itay El Barud, Beheira — the agricultural heart of the Nile Delta.
ARKA Trade Is Launched
ARKA Trade was established to take Egyptian food products to international markets, handling sourcing, documentation, shipping and logistics.
ARKA Foods Is Launched
ARKA Foods began processing, freezing and packing fruits and vegetables, with its own cold storage for export and local clients.
ARKA Farms Is Launched
ARKA Farms was added to control quality from the field, completing the chain from farm to freezer to the customer.
